Dan Stilbene Treated Simplex Diabetic Retinopathy Fang Qi And Yin Deficiency Of Blood Stasis Resistance Collaterals Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the curative effec of Danqi particles on DR and the influence on glycated hemoglobin and erum C-reactive protein, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and the function of Danqi particles on the treatment of DR.Methods A total of50patients met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, of which the later group was given Danqi particles and the former one was given Tangmaikang particles. Every patient should be examined the central vision, general examination of eyes and FFA before and after the treatment, for the sake of observing the effect on Chinese Medical clinical symptoms and comparing HbAlc、CRP levels.Results (1) Danqi particles can improve the DR, more effectively than Tangmaikang particles, which is statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) In the extent of improving visual acuity, Danqi particles is more statistically significant than Tangmaikang particles (P<0.05).(3)In the respect of improving Chinese medicine symptoms, DanQi particles and Tangmaikang particles were no evident differences (P>0.05).(4) DanQi granules can reduce the HbAlc, CRP level, but Tangmaikang granules have no apparent effect on that,which is statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusions Comparing with Tangmaikang particles, Danqi particles is superior in the circulation of patients with retinopathy and CRP,HbAlc levels.
