| Objective: to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of metronidazole gauze and arnebia oil gauze used in the wound healing of perianal abscess, and study the mechanism of action from theoretical and clinical aspects.Methods: A randomized study was made in60patients who are postoperative patients with perianal abscess and meet the inclusion criteria. They were randomly divided into two groups, one including30cases treated by metronidazole gauze combined with arnebia oil gauze as treatment group. the other30cases as treated by normal saline gauze combined with arnebia oil gauze as the control group.On the2、7、14、21days of postoperation. please record the length and width of wound, wound exudate and secretions, wound edema, wound pain, wound granulation and final healing time respectively, and analyze the clinical efficacy of two groups comprehensively.Results: Clinical observation results show that:the scores of symptom after treatment were lower than those before therapy in two groups of patients. On the recent effect, i.e. the wound length and width. liquid infiltration and secretions,wound pain, wound granulation, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (p<0.05) while healing time of two groups has no statistical significance (p>0.05), which means the treatment group and the control group were not comparable.Conclusion: Not any toxic side effects and adverse reactions were found in the Clinical observation, which means the medicine is safe and reliable with exact curative effect, and has obvious anti-inflammatory pain, promote healing, prevention of edema and effects and so on. On the basic of disposable radical mastectomy of Perianal abscess, metronidazole gauze combined with arnebia oil gauze is the best mehod to improve the clinical efficacy of wound healing.Besides, it has a widespread application prospect.and it is worth further research and promotion. |
