Sputum Elimination Blood And Liver T2dm Method Treating Nonalcoholic Simple Fatty Liver (phlegm And Blood Stasis Resistance Network Card) The Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dissolving phlegm and remove stasis and dredging the liver method for Nonalcoholic fatty liver (meridian blocked by phlegm and stasis pattern).Methods:Forty-eight cases of were randomly divided into treatment group (n=24) treated by hai tao gan zhi ning capsule and controlled group (n=24) treated by simulated hai tao gan zhi ning capsule.Each case were treated for24weeks. Clinical symptoms, safety, and adverse reactions were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1For CT test, treatment group was much better than controlled group;2Comparing the two groups’symptoms score:the main clinical symptoms were significantly improved after treatment and the score dropped obviously (P<0.05).And the treatment group was better than the controlled group in improving the functional constipation.3There were no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment. There were no significant changes in two groups’blood, urine, stool, liver and renal function and electrocardiogram.Conclusions:Capsule with compound Chinese formula was effective and safe to treat functional constipation without obvious side effects and adverse reactions.
