[Objective] To discuss the correlation of abdominal fat, visceral fat and liver/ spleen CT ratio to type phlegm and blood stasis NAFLD and provide guidance for clinical control and treatment of the disease.[Method] A total of 100 cases with type phlegm and blood stasis NAFLD from December 2014 to April 2015 at clinics and MEC in Hospital of Yunnan provincial hospital of TCM was selected. Using GE128 CT machine to measure their abdominal fat, visceral fat and liver / spleen CT ratio. Using statistical methods to explore their correlation to type phlegmand blood stasis NAFLD.[Results] The thickness of abdominal fat in male was(18.87 ± 9.24) mm, in female was(15.91 ± 6.82) mm. The thickness of visceral fat in male was(41.73±11.64) mm,in female was(31.04±7.60) mm. The thickness of abdominal fat and visceral fat in male were higher than in female, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).100 patients, there were 35 agricultural laborers(35%), 21 institutions staff(21%), 17 commercial staff(17%) and 27 workers(27%). Their abdominal fat and visceral fat in male were different, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).When divided into mild, moderate and severe NAFLD, their BMI, WC, systolic blood pressure, FPG and lipid were increased with the increasing aggravation of symptoms, the difference were statistically significant(P <0.05). The thickness of abdominal fat in mild group was(14.31 ± 5.24) mm, in moderate group was(17.79 ± 5.84) mm;while in severe group was(22.15 ± 8.03) mm, the thickness increased with the increasing aggravation of symptoms, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The thickness of visceral fat in mild group was(25.42±8.17) mm, in moderate group was(38.64±10.52) mm; while in severe group was(51.77±12.81)mm, the thickness increased with the increasing aggravation of symptoms, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The liver / spleen CT value decreased with the increasing aggravation of symptoms, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).[Conclusion] 1.The thickness of abdominal fat and visceral fat were different with different gender and different occupations, and the differences were statistically significant.2.The thickness of abdominal fat and visceral fat increased with the increasing aggravation of type phlegm and blood stasis symptoms.3. After the increasing of the thickness of abdominal fat and visceral fat, the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis increased.4.The liver / spleen CT ratio was negative correlated to the severity of its TCM diagnosis.
