Acupuncture And Massage, Chitin, Lamp Irradiation Therapy To Observe Clinical Curative Effect Of Lumbar Disc Prolapse

Purpose：Acupuncture,combined with massaged and infrared radiation therapyin the treatment of lumber disc herniation clinical curative effect.Material and method：Screening the patients of orthopedics in our hospitalduring the outpatient department of68patients April2010-2011on July.The43patients were randomly divided into treatment group and comparisongroup,Treatment group,21patients,comparison group,22patients.Manualtherapy,lamp with Chinese medicine,treatment group add to Acupuncture.10dagsas a course.JOA (Japanese Orthoepic Association) low back pain evaluationstandard,used by two groups were score.The curative effects were compared beforeand after treatment.Results：Treatment group and comparison group43patients,get this6monthsto9months,the average7months follow-up.Before treatment,in two patients withJOA scores show no significant differences.After treatment,all of patientsimproved obviously,low back pain score were significantly improved,andtreatment group was better than comparison group.Conclusion：Acupuncture for treatment of lumbar intervertebral herniationwith economic,simple,convenient,fast,littleinjury,effective,characteristics,combined with massage,and infrared radiationtherapy,treatment of disease.especially the prevalence and early acutephase,the effect is more obvious.
