purpose： To knee arthroscopy for the standard, analysis for knee cartilagedamage MR diagnostic value.Materials and methods：Collect from March2010to November period, in "JinZhou center hospital" knee pain clinic of38cases of patients，altogether190articular cartilage parts According to “Outerbridge” standards，38cases theknee injury，respectively3D-FS-SPGR, FS-FSE-T2W examination, Were classified,followed by arthroscopy. Then classification and comparedResults:1.38patients with of MR and arthroscopic classification result see table-2.2.Results show that the3D-FS-SPGR sequence on the cartilage damage thesensitivity of the show is96.0%, and95.5%for specific degrees, and joint mirrorto validate the consistency of the kappa value of0.769>0.75.3D-FS-SPGRsequence cartilage injury and diagnosis at different levels of arthroscopycompletely consistent rate was82.6%, FS-FSE-T2W sensitivity was98.2%,74.2%for specific degrees, kappa value of0.611<0.75, and the arthroscopy completelyconsistent rate was70%.3.3D-FS-SPGR for2degrees Celsius (including two degree) of the sensitivityof the cartilage damage is94.0%, and95.5%for specific degrees Kappa valueof0.814>0.75, completely consistent rate was88%.Conclusion：1.3D-FS-SPGR sequence of MR examination of articular cartilage damage lesionsand the diagnostic accuracy of arthroscopy no statistically significantdifferences between the diagnosis, and better than the FS-FSE-T2W. 2.
