Fukang Round Fruit Trees And In The Umbrella Of The Chemical Composition Of The Research And Five Kinds Of Folk Medicinal Plant Antitumor Activity Screening

This dissertation consists of three chapters, of which the first two chapters are chemical constituents from Voacanga africana Staph and Ardisia depressa Clarke. The third chapter is on the antitumor activity in vitro of five folk medicines.By a combination of systematic separation technology, biological activity tracking methods and identification of structures of compounds analyses of spectroscopic data,20compounds were isolated and16were identified from Voacanga africana Staph. and Ardisia depressa Clarke.The A549cells proliferation in vitro for alcohol extract and compounds of five folk medicine was evaluated by MTT method. The reaserches provide some new basis of pharmacology and chemistry in the progress of exploiting Voacanga africana Staph.and Ardisia depressa Clarke.Voacanga africana Staph, a medicinal has been used for the treatment of mental disorder, traumatic injury and antitumor. However, chemical investigation on it is scarce in china. We tried to get a better or deep insight into this medicinal insect in view of chemical and biological pro filings, from which13compounds were isolated and9ones were structurally identified, including three new compounds F02, F03and F09, which were obtained from this plant for the first time.The leaf of Ardisia depressa Clarke has been widely used in folk medicine for treating various causes of bleeding in the southwest region of China. However, the research on chemical components and their biological activities of it has not been reported in literature. Eight compounds have been isolated from the leaf of Ardisia depressa Clarke, of which six compounds were structurally identified. The identified compounds are β-amyrin acetate, bauerenol, β-stigmasterol, myristic acid,2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone, and daucosterol.The thesis found that the optimum growth stage of lung cancer A549cells is three to five days by analyzing its seven days of growth curve using MTT method. It’s found that three folk medicinal plants out of five have significant antitumor activity. In addition, the cancer cell survival rate is different from three kinds of plants, which is closely related to the dose of the drug and the effecting time. The paper provides some meaningful research result on further tracing and obtain pure compound with antitumor activity.
