| Purpose:Choosing a tumor-burdened mice as research object to explore the effect mechanism of Rhubarb zhi bug pill in anti-tumor through observing its anti-tumor action and its influences on the content of S180peripheral blood tumor-burdened mice tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)as well as interleukin4(IL-4) so as to offer experimental and theoretical basis for its clinical development and application.Material and method:Establishing mice’s Chloe (S180) sarcoma as the animal model and dividing tumor-burdened mousse into Rhubarb zhi bug pill high dose group (82g·kg-1), Rhubarb zhi bug pill middle dose group (41g·kg-1) and Rhubarb zhi bug pill low-dose group (20g·kg-1). Then filling the animal model for consistent10days, and meanwhile, setting the western medicine (cyclophosphamide) control group, the normal group and the (models) negative control group, to observe the inhibition rate of tumor. Testing content of TNF-α and IL-4from bearing sarcpma-180blood with(ELISA).Results:(1) Tumor inhibition rate of Rhubarb zhi bug pill high dose group to tumor-burdened animals is50.00%, and that of Rhubarb zhi bug pill middle dose is41.95%, of Rhubarb zhi bug pill low-dose group is31.03%, with statistical meaning compared and with the model group (P<0.05);(2) Content of S180tumor-burdened peripheral blood TNF-α in mice of Rhubarb zhi bug pill high, middle and low dose group has obviously increased while compared with the model group (P<0.05);(3)Content of S180tumor-burdened peripheral blood IL-4in mice of Rhubarb zhi bug pill with high, middle and low dose group has significantly reduced while compared with the model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb zhi bug pill can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor-bearing mice sarcoma;Its function of inhibiting tumor can be realized through increasing content TNF-a and decreasing the level of IL-4. |
