Purpose:In this paper, to measure the mental symptoms and quality of life of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in various period, to explore the effects of the entire psyehological intervention on the quality of life and mental symptoms.Methods:This study on hunan province brain hospital otolaryngology hospital were diagnosed120cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients randomized comparison, Intervention group79cases, Control group41cases, Intervention group adopts the whole intervention. Intervention order for preventive intervention, early intervention, convalescence intervention, supportive interventions, palliative intervention;Content mainly includes the build trust doctor-patient relationship, reasonable application of group benefit, ensure effective time to rest, establish harmonious coexistence environment。Two groups were followed1month~1year, depression questionnaire Self-rating de-pression soale(SDS)、 Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)、Quality of life(QOL) questionnaire investigation in front of the diagnosis、After the diagnosis、Radiation therapy15times、Radiation25times、Before discharge、1month after discharge、3month after discharge、6month after discharge12month after discharge.Analysis of the effect of psychological intervention。 Results:1) Intervention in the first two group of SDS/SAS score and QOL in patients with no significant differences。2) Intervention group patients were measured after the anxiety scores in the diagnosis of the control group were significantly lower(p<0.05)。 Discharge from the hospital SAS between1month to3months found some volatility.3) Intervention group of patients with depression score measured after radiation therapy15times than the control group significantly decreased (p<0.05)。 Intervention group than the control group have obviously improved in quality of life, difference was statistically significant (p<0.05)。4) After intervention group and control group treated by radiotherapy, all decrease in quality of life scores, after discharge rate have been improved, and each time the quality of life score intervention group were higher than control group (p<0.05)。5) Patients discharged from hospital after1years, Intervention group and the control group received the anxiety, depression, side of the score difference is smaller, two sets of scores on admission in patients with decreased obviously(p<0.05), the quality of life score also recovered, Intervention group basic recovery before the diagnosis Intervention group’s anxiety depression and there was a distinct improvement in the quality of life than the control group。 Conclusion:Psychological intervention therapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy of psychological status and quality of survival in patients with a positive impact。...
