Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Yiqi Antong Decoction Combined With Western Medicine In Treating Early Warning Of Blood Deficiency Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and symptoms efficacy of early threatened abortion by combination the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine yiqiantaitang and modern medicine. To research the increase of human chorionic gonadotrophin and progesterone in early pregnancy.Method:With method of randomized parallel-control,70 patients of early threatened abortion with Qi and blood deficiency were divided into two groups, the research group and the control group. The research group:including 24 patients, who treated with yiqiantaitang and progesterone. The control group:including 26 patients, who treated with progesterone for injection. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, the clinical efficacy and symptoms efficacy compared with two groups. After a week of treatment, two weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of pregnancy, levels of human chorionic gonadotrophin and progesterone compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of the research group and the control group:the total clinical effective rates were 95.83%and 76.92%%, the total clinical recovery rates were 22.85% and 11.4%, the significant effective rates were 16.67% and 7.69%, the effective rates were 50% and 38.46%. the noneffective rates were 4.17% and 23.08%. The clinical efficacy of the research group was better than the control group. The therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously lighten the clinical symptoms, and the range of lightening the clinical symptoms was better than the control group.The therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously enhance the level of human chorionic gonadotrophin, but the range of enhancing the human chorionic gonadotrophin was no difference between two groups. The therapy of the research group and the control groups both can obviously enhance the level of progesterone, and after two weeks of treatment the range of enhancing the progesterone of the research group was better than the control group.Conclusions:The clinical efficacy of early threatened abortion by combination the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine yiqiantaitang and modern medicine was better than the modern medicine. The clinical symptoms of threatened abortion can obviously lighten with combination the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine yiqiantaitang and treatment of modern medicine. The variety of the laboratory indexing, combination the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine yiqiantaitang and the treatment of modern medicine both can enhance the levels of human chorionic gonadotrophin and progesterone in early early threatened abortion with Qi and blood deficiency.And after two weeks of treatment the range of enhancing the progesterone in the combination treatment was higher than it was in modern medicine.
