The Clinical Efficacy On Early Threatened Abortion Of Kidney Deficiency Treated By Acupoint Sticking Combined With Western And Traditonal Chinese Medicine

Objective:To complete the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking combined chinese and western medicine in the treatment of early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency,to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of this therapy for clinical miscarriage with traditional chinese medicine and western medicine providing clinical evidenceMethods:Select 60 patients with early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency met the inclusion criteria into two groups:The acupoint sticking combined with medicine group were treated with acupoint application combined with traditional chinese medicine Shou Tai Yi Gong San and progesterone injection and (or) chorionic gonadotropin; the medicine group were given traditional chinese medicine Shou Tai Yi GongSan combined with progesterone injection and (or) chorionic gonadotropin?A week for a course of treatment, observation of two courses of treatment, follow-up to the pregnancy in March.Efficacy and safety indexes of the two groups were respectively observed before and after treatment. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency by comparing the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and the dynamic changes of serum pregnancy-related hormones E2, P and ?-HCG levels before and after treatment.Results:1. The clinical curative effect of two groups:The acupoint sticking combined with medicine group total effective rate was 93.3% and the medicine group was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) which instructioned the clinical efficacy of the acupoint sticking combined with medicine group haved an advantage than the medicine group.2. TCM syndrome score, the hospitalization time, time to stop vaginal bleeding and improve abdominal pain and lumbar acid of the patients in the acupoint sticking combined with medicine group after treatment were lower than the patients in the medicine group.The difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) which instructioned acupoint sticking therapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms.3. Two groups'treatment can increase serum pregnancy-related hormone levels, the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05).4. Analysis of the efficacy and related factors:Two groups of patients'age, gestational age, and menstruation usually were no significant correlation to the clinical curative effect (P> 0.05).The curative effect of the medicine group had a correlation with the history of spontaneous abortion and the degree of disease (P <0.05),a history of spontaneous abortion and severity of heavy worse the effect.the acupoint sticking combined with medicine group had no correlation with the history of spontaneous abortion and the degree of disease (P>0.05),for the acupoint sticking combined with medicine group had a history of spontaneous abortion and severe illness is more effective than the medicine group5. Safety analysis:Three conventional, liver and kidney function and ECG to detect in the acupoint sticking combined with medicine group before and after treatment showed no obvious abnormalities, significant toxicity was not found.All of them suggested that the drug clinical application security was good.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy on early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency treated by acupoint sticking combined with western and traditonal chinese medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the duration of hospitalization of patients, and non-toxic side effects, convenient and safe, so it was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
