Based On The Real World The Efficacy Evaluation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Research

Objectives:. In this research,we evaluate the efficacy of the combination therapy of TCD and Western medicine, and make a comparison of TCD combined hormone and immunosuppressor group and TCD combined non-hormonal and immunosuppressor group, explore the direction of further research to improve the clinical efficacy.Methodology:the patients with PNS were nonrandomized into two group,basic treatment was given to the two group,otherwise,groupA was given TCD combined hormone and immunosuppressor,groupB was given TCD.these two group were all treat for>6month, points of symptoms were collected before and after treatment for8weeks,24weeks.urinary protein of24hours, serum albumin, cholesterol, triglyceride and blood creatinine were determined before and after treatment for12weeks,24weeks. Record the occurrence of side effects.Results:26patients with PNS were nonrandomized. After treat for8weeks,the points of symptoms was deceasd from30.92±4.02to20.85±3.06,after treat for24weeks, the points was deceasd to9.62±2.03, After treat for12weeks, the urinary protein of24hour was deceasd from (6.22±2.75) g/24h to (2.64±1.66) g/24h, serum albumin was inceasd from (23.80±6.97) g/1to (26.59±6.41) g/1, Choiesl was deceasd from (8.63±2.23) mmol/1to (6.29±1.19) mmol/1(P<0.01), The therapy produced a complete remission of proteinuria in1patients and a partial remission in19patients.6patients showed no response to therapy, after treat for24weeks, the urinary protein of24hour was deceasd to (2.11±1.52) g/24h, serum albumin was inceasd to (31.26±4.51) g/1. Choiesl deceasd to (5.65±1.46) mmol/1(P<0.01) The therapy produced a complete remission of proteinuria in3patients (11.5%) and a partial remission in18patients (69.23%).5patients (19.23%) showed no response to therapy.15patients were treated for48weeks,6patients(40%) showed a complete remission,7patients(46%) showed a partial remission,2patients(4.3%) showed no response to therapy.After treat for12weeks, the urinary protein of24hour of group A was deceasd from(6.41±2.97)g/24h to (3.50±1.69)g/24h, group B was decreased from (6.05±2.77)g/24h to (2.36±1.65)g/24h, after treat for24weeks, group A was deceasd to (2.81±1.04)g/24h, group B was decreased to (1.39±1.07)g/24h,and the difference between the two group was significant.(P<0.05)After treat for12weeks,the serum albumin of group A was increased from(23.34±7.28)g/1to (28.7±6.84)g/1, group B was increased from (24.2±6.97)g/1to (25.68±6.56)g/1, after treat for24weeks, group A was increased to (32.03±4.13)g/1, group B was increased to (30.75±5.05)g/1,and the difference between the two group was significant.(P<0.05) After treat for8weeks,the points of symptoms was deceased,group A was decreased from 31.08±4.19to16.56±2.87, group B was decreased from30.80±4.04to26.98±3.56.after treat for24weeks, group A and B were decreased to9.06±.2.21and12.56±2.14.About side effects,2patients’liver function was abnormal in the course of treatment,2patients got osteoporosis, One patient developed glaucoma.Conclusions:The therapy of TCD combined hormone and immunosuppressor can reduce the urinary protein of PNS,improve the serum albumin, decrease the points of syptoms.the comparsion analysis between group A and group B seems to show us the TCD has a new way to improve the serum albumin beside decrease the urinary protein, in the future, Randomized Controlled Trial is need to confirme it.
