The Development Of The Gatt, The Wto And Relations With China: Translation And Commentary

This thesis is consisted of two parts, translation and comment. The original of the translation is selected from International Trade Law:Theory and Practice (Raj Bhala), Chapter 3. It introduced the origin and development of the World Trade Organization, including the background of series negotiation rounds, their topics and achievement. In the part of comment, the author tried to discuss the translation of the long sentences, and gave detailed analysis by using the examples from the original text.
