The first part is the development of government-run economy of the WesternHan Dynasty. This part tries to introduce from three aspects of agriculture, handicrafts industry and business. Agriculture are introduced in this paper of the source of theagriculture, wasteland, Animal husbandry .The handicraft industry have introduced saltand iron industry and the silk industry. The business introduces all lose theimplementation of the law; the second part introduces the changes in the status of theofficial camp economy in the entire social and economic life. This part, respectivelyfrom the early Han Dynasty, the Emperor period and the subsequent three periods of theEmperor Han Zhao; the third part is the official camp economy and autocratic politicalrelationship. This part of the camp for the autocratic political economy provides thereliable material guarantee and the government-run economy of extreme developmenterosion its own base.
