To Witness Literature Life

This paper is the study of Su Manshu and his literature.During the period ofRepublic China,Su Manshu was famous in the whole coutry for his image of "Prodigal" .His poetry and painting was appreciated and read by the people at thetime.His personal independence ,conduct and disposition is so weird that many peopleare willing to talke about,but the most important thing is his romantic temperamentand his literature caused by his temperament,set an example for the later.This paper discusses Su Manshu and his literature mainly from the followingaspects of:Introductin.A brief introduction to Su Manshu’s life and his creation.First,"a lone monk like clouds and water"———The wandering life of SuManshu.This chapter mainly outlines Su Manshu’s wandering life meticulously fromtwo aspects of material and spiritual,then deconstructs the reason of SuManshu’wandering.Second," boisterous laughter and cry for no reason"———Su Manshu’picaresque literature.This chapter analysises two aspects of Su Manshu’ picaresqueliterature specificly:poetry and fiction.Put the book《THE LONE SWAN》as atype text and find characteristics of Su Manshu’ picaresque literature.Third,"Beauty in south, Standing on earth"——The appearance and essence ofSu Manshu’ picaresque literature. This chapter will interpret the characters of SuManshu’ picaresque literature from three aspects of "the literature idea ofhumanistic","the tone of romantic and sentimental ","aesthetic of the antinomybetween canonicity and osculation"Conclusion.Describe the value and historical significance of Su Manshu’spicaresque literature in the special historical circumstances in Republic China.
