In recent years, with the development of positive psychology, the study of resilienceincreases gradually, because it covers almost all the positive qualities in the field of stress andhealth psychology, which fits the requirements of positive psychology; is a kind ofembodiment in psychological health education.Psychological resilience refers to good adaptation when individuals face life’s adversity,scars, tragedies, threatens or other pressures come from daily life. It means“rebound ability”in front of life stress or frustration. For the junior high school students in" mental stormperiod", resilience is an important factor for the development of their psychological health.For their academic level, resilience also has big significance in theory and practice. Too muchelements affect resilience; mental health and academic level. Mainly three, they are individual,family and environment.This study uses Hu Yueqin" Adolescent Resilience Scale" and Wang jisheng’s“MSSMHS”, using 441 junior middle school students as subjects performed tests, through thefive aspects of resilience measurement and ten aspects of measuring mental healthinvestigation of junior middle school students, investigate the general condition of juniormiddle school students on resilience, mental health; and from the dimensionality ofdemographic variables in sex, if only children or not, in urban or rural area, grad. Thedimension analysis of middle school students’ psychological resilience and mental healthdisparities; have correlation and regression study between the mental resilience and mentalhealth, resilience and academic level, to determine their relationship. To help in the educationand teaching of junior middle school students to improve the level of resilience, to helpmiddle school student’s mental health development, achieve better academic achievement.The research results demonstrate:(1)Middle school students’ psychological resilience is generally in the above the middlelevel.(2)Middle school students’ psychological resilience score difference in gender is notsignificant, in the one-child or not, urban and rural location, grade reached significantdifference. Only children above the not only children, the cities student higher than thecountryside student, second higher than the first and third day student students. (3)Psychological resilience and mental health level have positively relationship whichmeans the higher the level of psychological resilience, the more healthy of the mentality;psychological resilience is a significant predictor of mental health.(4)The different academic levels of students in resilience total scale and subscales weresignificantly different: the level of excellent students and medium students lives in resiliencetable, goal of total concentration and positive cognitive son scales were significantly higherthan the students with learning disability(5)Resilience score, subscales and subscale of focused, positive cognitive, family supportand the middle school students’ English level positive correlated; positive cognitive subscaleon academic level have significant predictive.
