Resilience refers to the individual under the combination of genetic andenvironmental practice formed a relatively stable, basic, and appropriate to theindividual development stages, in the face of adversity, life trauma and tragedy,threat, or other major life stress showed a good response and adapt to thepsychological characteristics of the positive orientation. This study is based onpositive psychology and at the same time focus on individual negativeemotions, and the perspective of positive emotions, using statistical softwaretechnology, explore the dong middle school students’ resilience on themechanism of action of subjective well-being, mental health, so as to thescientific work of dong middle school students’ mental health education toprovide theoretical basis.This study,600students in Guizhou minority area for research object, theuse of minority youth resilience scale, mental health scale for middle schoolstudents and middle school students’ subjective well-being scale to testsamples, explore the Dong middle school students’ resilience in demographicdifferences; Analyzed Dong middle school students’ resilience, mental healthand subjective well-being of the relationship between the variables, regressionanalysis confirmed that the quality of mental health, resilience of subjectivewell-being prediction function, as well as the resilience is part of theintermediary role between mental health and subjective well-being. The resultsshow that: (1) Dong middle school students’ resilience has significant differences ingender, whether the key school, one children, and there is no significantdifference on grade.(2) There is significant correlation between mental health andresilience,mental health and subjective well-being,resilience and subjectivewell-being,of Dong middle school students.(3) Dong middle school students’ mental health has forecast function ofsubjective well-being.(4) Dong middle school students’ resilience has prediction effect ofsubjective well-being.(5) Resilience of dong middle school students is partial mediator variablebetween mental health and subjective well-being.
