Junior high school students in adolescence face a lot of stress and conflict,at this point,whether they can make oneself out of the setbacks,to adapt to life and learning,make a direct impact on their future personality development.To provide more targeted help for junior middle school students in the development,first of all,this study adopts"adolescent mental resilience scale" and "emotional intelligence scale" to investigate the junior high school students' status quo of emotional intelligence and the resilience,and the relationship between them.On the basis of this investigation,a project of mental health counseling program which cored emotional intelligence was designed.Two classes were selected as the experimental group,which received the mental health lesson eight times,and two were selected as the control group randomly,which had the same classes but different subject courses.After the classes,those groups were measured to evaluate the effect of the activity of mental health lesson.We can know that:(1)The junior middle school students' resilience is in the upper level.Besides human assistance and positive cognitive dimension,there is a difference of the resilience in different ages in all dimensions of the resilience;In addition to English and emotional control,mathematics and human assistance make no significant interpersonal support related,the resilience and its various factors and Chinese,Maths,English are significant;the difference of the target focused is obvious between only-child and non-only child;there is no significant differences in gender,whether the only child,whether in residence and parents' work state.(2)The emotional intelligence of junior middle school students is in the upper level.The difference of emotional intelligence of junior middle school students is obvious in different ages and and father' work state;In addition to mathematics,there is significant positive correlation between the emotional intelligence,its various factors and Chinese,maths,English;The difference is not obvious between boy and girl,between only-child and non-only child,whether in residence and mother' work state.(3)There is extremely significant positive correlation between the resilience and emotional intelligence of junior middle school students.Emotional intelligence has significant predict effect to the resilience.(4)Through the mental health lesson which are designed emotional intelligence as the theme,the level of emotional intelligence among junior high school students could improved,The resilience of students was also intervened,and the effect was good.
