Adolescence is the second peak period of individual development. The bodies of this period’s teenage grow quickly so that they have the physical traits of the adult very soon. And the great physical changes promote the teenage to review and observe themselves. A series of questions about "who I am" appear in their mind which leads to the second leap of self-awareness. At this time, the teenage are very care about the evaluation from others. Some negative evaluations are more easily to make the teenage feel upset and annoyed. So these emotions are reflected as social anxiety experience in interpersonal process. But social anxiety experiences always affect individuals’normal life and social activities. Friendship relations as a result of social activities will be certainly affected by the negative effects of social anxiety experiences. However, the development of teenager’s friendship in adolescence is very important for their psychological level and emotional stability. Having friends will make them become more passionate, positive, and full of confidence and courage, and have better development of social skills. Interpersonal trust as individual psychological characteristics, playing a very important role in building and maintaining the interpersonal relations. Therefore, making a research on the social anxiety, friendship quality and interpersonal trust through investigation, on the one hand, providing empirical support for the relationships between them, on the other hand, also providing a perspective and direction for the subsequent related study.Using Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescent drawn up by Zhu Haidong, Friendship Quality Questionnaire drawn up by ZouHong, ZhouHui and ZhouYan,Trust Scale by Fan Xiaodong, carry on the investigation through sending out the scale and questionnaire randomly to the262high school students of Tianjin. The obtained data uses the SPSS.17software on processing.Through the independent sample t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, draw the following conclusions:(1) Social anxiety among high school students stays in middle and low level, no significant differences in gender and grade.(2) Friendship quality among high school students is high, significant differences exist in gender that girls’friendship quality is significantly higher than boys’, but no significant differences in the grade.(3) Interpersonal trust among high school students is high, no significant differences in gender and grade. (4) Social anxiety among high school students shows significant negative correlation with interpersonal trust and friendship quality; interpersonal trust and friendship quality among high school students shows a significant positive correlation.(5) Interpersonal trust among high school students has intermediary function between social anxiety and friendship quality, that is, social anxiety affect high school students’ friendship quality directly, and indirectly affect friendship quality through interpersonal trust.
