Since the founding of new China, China established music education from primary schoolto a relatively mature system and the target system, its development has run through are reflectedin the syllabus issued by the Ministry of education in China, of course, there are now alternativesyllabus of the course objectives. Outline by review conferences and on the aims of musiceducation in the curriculum content, you can see that they play a positive role at the time, fordiscussion of music education has important significance. Music syllabus is divided into primary,secondary, and College Music curricula, and living in the most critical status of junior highschool music curriculum. So, I tried to junior high school music curricula as a point of, brokendown by each of prominent stages of social history, finishing for more comprehensive analysis,and on the meaning of the foreign representative, more advanced music education goalssummary and analysis, thereby contributing to the General music education in schools of thoughtand attempt to make a more in-depth summary. This article is divided into four sections to lookback in history, analysis of reality, contrast and concluding thoughts at home and abroad, with aview to the formation of the General music education in schools in China and the developmentof more detailed and comprehensive research and discussion.The first chapter of the concept, meaning of music education goals discussed in detail,combined with the music education objectives hierarchy, the role and significance of musiceducation goals generality summarize, and finally established the basis for music educationgoals.The second chapter is on the goals of music education since the founding of our ordinaryschools, junior high school music syllabus and curriculum standards in the formulation of thereview the changes and development in different historical periods, and a detailed analysis of theconcept implied in every Amendment behind significance.Chapter III through comprehensive analysis of Hungary, and Germany and the UnitedStates national music education objectives and planning, to contrast it with the aims of educationin China and analysis, found the music education of China’s traditional strengths and weaknesses,and the expositions respectively.Fourth chapter is the author of self interpretation of General music education in schools inChina, occurred in China since the founding of the reflection on the current situation of musiceducation and education for and put forward my view of music education.Abundant literature by author information collation, analysis, comparison andgeneralization, prune out clear goals of development of music education, in-depth researchbehind every step of the development of humanistic philosophy and spirit reflected, on ourcommon goals of development of music education in schools has become more profound,systems of thought and opinion.
