This research mainly studies on Postgraduates Psychological Pressure and coping styles, and from a psychological point of view put forward to alleviate the psychological pressure and the coping strategies. In this study comply the "graduate questionnaire of psychological stress "and " Coping Style Questionnaire" as a tool, to survey the postgraduates of Hunan Normal University, Hunan University and Central South University, a total of500valid questionnaires recovered, after the data statistics analysis:(1) Most of the students’stress level is in the middle, the overall pressure that is above the middle level accounted for a higher proportion, about68.51%; the largest stress of postgraduate students is paper pressure and the pressure of worried about the future(2)There was significant differences between male and female students in the paper required pressure, the pressure of worried about the future, the task of learning pressure; There was very significant differences in economy and appearance pressure, interpersonal loneliness pressure, environment and mood bad stress factors between male and female students. In interpersonal loneliness pressure factor, there were significant differences between different professional; professional development of pressure, paper required pressure, environment and mood bad pressure, health pressure, the task of learning pressure pressure factor, the significant differences between different grades.(3)On the whole more graduates use problem-solving and support-seeking styles, using more mature and active coping style. Male and female students has a very significant difference in factor of support-seeking styles; there is a significant difference between the grade three and grade one in rational factor.(4)In professional development pressure, different grades of significant difference between; In the learning task stress, there are significant differences between the different majors, grades and professional factors and factor interactions is very significant. In remorse, help-seeking, rationalization factor, gender differences between; In the rational factor, grade differences between.On this foundation, put forward to alleviate the psychological pressure of the strategies of postgraduates.
