College Students' Mental Health Education In Colleges And Universities Way To Study

With the development of the international economic, politics, culture and so on, our country achieves more and more developments and progresses, such as, economy-level, social-civilization and so on. The university, where is the culture and wisdom focusing field, its educational burden, is constantly enriched and full-filled in the new situation. In current, the universities should not only broadcasting the students the scientific and cultural knowledge, and training the students’body-health, but also paying attention to the students’mental health. The essay concludes four chapters. Chapter One mainly introduce the knowledge of mental health, define the college students mental-health, mental-health education, mental-health educational purpose and harmonious education theory and its core argues. Chapter Two and Three are used to analyze the flaws of our college mental health education in current, which is through factual investigation. Chapter Four raised certain proposes, which are concludes the following aspects:the government guide, the university education job, the social active focus, the family right education, the student themselves education and so on. Through the essay arguments, I want to seek the effective methods to improve our university mental-health education, meet the students’ body and mental harmonious, full, active, free development.
