| As life rhythm speeding up, people pay more and more attention to the feel of individualsubjective well-being, life satisfaction is especially getting people’s attention. As is known to all,secondary school teachers’ daily job is so busy.Teachers not only teach students knowledge, butalso care their physical and mental health.Training secondary school teachers ’state of happymind, enhancing their satisfaction with various areas of life, making them to experience morepositive state of mind has a positive effect for secondary school teachers to improve and enhancethe quality of life, shape their good psychological quality, and promote their physical and mentalthe healthy growth. At present, about secondary school teachers life satisfaction study very few,and the related materials are so old.We have a lot of space to explore this thing.Mindfulness, is the individual’s attention entirely focused on this moment of individualexperience of internal and external stimuli, is a special focus approach: that is, consciously,without evaluation to observe the internal and external environment in the body occurs in thestimulus generated when all psychological experience. The mindfulness training as an emergingpower of cognitive therapy, has become increasingly showing its positive effects. Andmindfulness of this is part of Eastern culture, with its oriental cultural background andpsychological characteristics, the researcher believes that the question of intervening the currentsecondary school teachers’ life satisfaction with the mindfulness training method is very feasible.Experiments conducted in this study for in-service secondary school teachers, the use of thetraining group and control group pre-test-post-test experimental design. Experiment results thefollowing conclusions:(1) mindfulness training around the intervention group, compared with no interventioncontrol group, secondary school teachers to promote the overall development of body and soulhealthy; improve life satisfaction; increased attention; foster acceptance of one’s mind; promotephysical and psychological integration.(2) used in this study design is mindfulness training intervention is feasible, effective, andcan be promoted. |
