As a concept with multiple meanings,mindfulness,as an intervention or psychological trait,has a positive impact on individual subjective well-being and life satisfaction.Life satisfaction is when a person applies his own criteria to his evaluation of the quality of life.Many studies have demonstrated the positive impact of mindfulness on life satisfaction,but the relationship mediated by self-acceptance and gratitude needs to be further explored.In this study,the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire,Adolescent students' life satisfaction questionnaire,Self-acceptance questionnaire and Gratitude questionnaire were used to investigate 562 students from grade two to grade three in Chengdu and Anning Middle School.In this study,descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used to explore the current situation of high school students' mindfulness,self-acceptance,gratitude and life satisfaction,and advanced statistical methods such as SPSS20.0 and its plug-in called PROCESS were selected to explore the correlation among high school students' mindfulness,self-acceptance,gratitude and life satisfaction.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in gender in describing and not responding to experience among the five factors of mindfulness demographic variables of senior high school students.(2)There are significant differences in demographic variables of life satisfaction among senior high school students in grade level and student origin.(3)There are significant gender differences among senior high school students in gratitude demographic variables.(4)There are significant differences in gender and self-acceptance level in self-acceptance demographic variables.(5)There are two positive correlations among senior high school students' mindfulness,self-acceptance,life satisfaction and gratitude level.(6)Self-acceptance and gratitude play a mediating role between five factors of mindfulness and adolescents' life satisfaction.
