Teacher’s job burnout and the teachers’ teachingself-efficacy has always been the core of the pedagogy andpsychology. Since national ministry of education put forwardNational Training Plan for primary and secondary schoolteachers in2010, the studies of National Training Plan alsospringing up. Teachers’ job burnout, teaching self-efficacy,and teachers’ interests to participate in " National TrainingPlan " are focus on the teachers. So if there is a certainrelationship between the three, and what is the relationshipbetween them, that is the emphasis of this study.In this study, selecting of600teachers as subjects fromeight primary and secondary schools with random in Anshun,Tongren, Bijie, Zunyi in Guizhou province. Using teachingself-efficacy scale made by YuGuoLiang, XinTao and ShenJiLiang,in1995, MBI-ES made by Maslach and its partners, and the scaleof teachers’ interests in taking part in " National TrainingPlan " made by Wang Ting and Zhao Desu. Using EXCEL and SPSS16.0software analysis the relationships between the interest of"National Training Plan ", teacher’s teaching self-efficacy andteachers’ job burnout.It is found that: (1) In Guizhou province, the rural primary and secondaryschool teachers’ interest of participating in "NationalTraining Plan" is in lower middle level, there are existsignificant differences in gender, grade, and seniority.(2) The rural primary and secondary school in Guizhouprovince, teachers’ interest of participating in "NationalTraining Plan" and the teachers’ job burnout there have asignificant negative correlation. The more serious theteacher’s job burnout is, the less interest of teachersparticipate in the "National Training Plan " is.(3) The rural primary and secondary school in Guizhouprovince, the teachers’ interest of participating in"National Training Plan" and the teachers’ teachingself-efficacy there have a significant positive correlation.The stronger the teachers’ sense of teaching effectiveness is,the more the interest of teachers participate in the "NationalTraining Plan " is.(4)The rural primary and secondary school in Guizhouprovince, there is a significant negative correlation betweenjob burnout and self-efficacy in teaching, the lower theself-efficacy in teaching is, the more serious the teacher’sjob burnout is.
