Chinese Image Theory, which experiences continuous transformation and evolutionfrom ancient to the present day, is a process of generation. In this process, the theorytakes the followings as standard: perceptual intuition thinking of Chinese ClassicalAesthetics which pay more attention to experience, organic holism of “Nature andHumanity” ideology. The theory takes Chinese classical aesthetics Theory, which isdomestic sales of commodities originally produced for exports, as enlightenment. It isalso an open process which takes comparison, recourse, reduction and blending as asymbol of successful change for Chinese Modern Aesthetics. The main points ofChinese Image Theory are as follows: In Chinese Classical Aesthetics, from the initialfield of philosophy to humanities, Image Theory access to realm of art, whichbecomes the symbol of the mature in literature. In Chinese Modern Aesthetics, withthe conception of “the first output and then input”, the image start the change processof Image Theory in Chinese Modern Aesthetics. The basic characteristics are fiercecollision and fusion of Chinese and western aesthetic ideology, and modern transitionof language conception in the specific social context. In the context of globalizationthat interpersonal communication are getting closer and closer, according to thecombing of historical formation and modern evolution for Image Theory, we can notonly see the modern positioning and epitome of Chinese Classical Aesthetics Theory,but also provide a strong theoretical support for remodeling and the morphology ofthe national culture.
