This article combine the teaching Chinese as a second language in class concretely, by summing up experience, observing, researching literature, crossing discipline to analyse and sum up eighteen non-verbal elements:facial expression, expression in one’s eyes, the action of head, hand gesture, posture, touch, non-semantic sound, silence, interaction in conversation, clothes and make up, personal belongings, interior decoration, seating arrangements, time, space, teaching aids, handwriting, symbol, and discuss the application of those eighteen non-verbal elements simply in teaching Chinese as a second language in class. At the same time, this article also sum up several principles and conditions of the application of non-verbal elements of teaching Chinese as a second language in class, hope know the law of the application of non-verbal elements of teaching Chinese as a second language in class, to optimize the teaching Chinese as a second language in class perfectly, enrich and improve the whole teaching Chinese as a second language.
