| With the rapid development of the economy, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the demands of the talented person. In order to enhance themselves and keep the pace of the prosperous development of the social economy, more and more graduated students choose to study further as the undergraduate student. Under this circumstance, this is not only strengthening their cultural literary but also caused fierce competition in the job hunt of the undergraduate students so that led to certain psychological pressure. So, how to effective the career decision making is one of the most important issues of the society.Recently, the development of the Career Self-efficacy Theory which combined the Self-efficacy Theory and Career maturity theory has provided the solid theoretical basis for guiding the employment of postgraduate students and Career decision-making self-efficacy as the most important factor influencing the Career decision-making has become more and more popular in research field. This research is going to explore how to influence the postgraduate students’ career decision-making through the Emotional Intelligence and Family Environment based on investigating248samples of the five different Universities in Xi’an City. This survey is not only going to explore the present situation of the postgraduate student’s career decision-making self-efficacy through the T test, analysis of variance, but also look for the differences of career decision-making in grades, gender and major, and the relationship with the Emotional Intelligence and Family Environment through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate the score of postgraduate students’ career decision-making is in the higher middle of all the survey also has significant differences in gender, but no significant differences in grade and major. Secondly, postgraduate students’ emotional intelligence has no significant differences in gender but is the important predictor of the career decision-making self-efficacy. Thirdly, the family environment can be the important factor predicting the career decision-making self-efficacy. And the emotional intelligence can be the Intermediary variable between family environment and career decision-making self-efficacy.As the noted, the career counseling of the university can not only begin with elevating the emotional intelligence, but also can have the assessment of student’s family environment to improve the postgraduate students’ career decision-making self-efficacy. |
