The number of university graduates is growing,and the employment situation is becoming more and more severe.Appropriately resettling the graduates is an important task which is related to individuals,families and social development.Career decision-making self-efficacy refers to the degree of confidence of individuals in their own job-seeking tasks.Family cohesion and adaptability is the background of individual growth.Psychological capital acts as a positive psychological state in the process of individual growth and the proactive personality is a relatively stable personality that makes college students be proactive to influence the surrounding environment.These four factors may influence the career decision-making self-efficacy of university students to a certain degree.This study explored the relationship between family cohesion,adaptability,psychological capital,proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy.820 students were chosen randomly in Tianjin University as research participants.The family cohesion and adaptability scale,positive psychological capital questionnaire,proactive personality scale,and the career decision-making self-efficacy scale were tested.The results of this study are as follows:(1)There is a significant gender difference in college students' career decision-making self-efficacy,and boys are higher than girls.(2)The family cohesion of college students can significantly predict the career decision-making self-efficacy;family adaptability can significantly predict the career decision-making self-efficacy.(3)Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between family cohesion and career decision-making self-efficacy,mediating effect accounts for 65.2% of the total effect.(4)Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between family adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy.mediating effect accounts for 51.0% of the total effect.(5)Proactive personality moderated the first path and the latter half path of the mediating effect.The higher the proactive personality is,the more significant the indirect effect is.In short,this paper mainly studies the influence of family cohesion and family adaptability on university students' career decision-making self-efficacy and its internal mechanism,and proposes a moderated mediating model,which enriches the relevant theories.Being combined with the research results,it puts forward suggestions on how to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy of individual,and make prospects for future research.
