Historically, moral issue has been one of the hottest issues which attract almost all the people’s attention.The torchbearers of China have been thinking much of promoting the development of the morality of socialist society, especially in modern China.And now, China is in a new period. In other words we can say that China is under the further development or the second development since the reform and opening-up. Taking one with another, economic develops very fast and the living standards also change a lot. People’s mental attitude has been changing continuously, so has the standard of our morality of socialist society.But at the same time, we should also take notice of the problems that caused by variou-s reasons existing in the process of develop our morality of socialist society. In general, the ethical standard goes steadily downhill and there are also some absurd things making us astonished to some extent. Also it turns out that there doing exist some problems there. So the further development of the morality of socialist society is an important and indispensable part of our socialist modernization drive.So indubitably, how to deal with the Confucian ethic culture in the process of developing the morality of socialist society has become a significant topic that we can not get rid of. It has also been proved that some points of view of the Confucian ethic culture are now like a fish out of water and can not cater the needs of the development of modern society.So in the current circumstance, how can we treat the Confucian ethic culture in a scientific way? These are all the problems that deserve to be studied.This paper focuses on the resurvey of the Confucian ethic culture together with its status quo and problems existing under the modern period of time.The paper consists of four parts.The first part foreshadows the whole paper. It introduces the main·idea and characteristics of the Confucian ethic culture and the ideas of its representative individuals.The second part is the main part of this paper. It resurveys the new antimonies and problems of the Confucian ethic culture and reconsiders, summarizes and explores them at the same time. The third part analyzes the causes of the above problems and tries to find the according solutions. This part can be called the further understanding of the above problems.And the last part summarizes the whole paper. Especially, according to the above problems, it offers a proposal of how to treat the Confucian ethic culture in a scientific and developing way.
