Chinese vocabulary is very rich in the number of synonyms. In communication,using synonyms accurately can make the effect of expressing more considerably. Thelearners who learn Chinese as a second language often misused synonym for alaughing stock even misunderstanding, affect the impact of Chinese expression andcommunication. The reason is that the learners do not know that the synonyms whichlook same in fact there are some minor differences. Ignoring the difference betweensynonyms and thinking that they can completely replace each other cause the error onthe synonyms. In the Teaching of Foreign Language Vocabulary, the teaching ofsynonyms can not be ignored. It is also the focus of difficulty. The teachers shouldenable learners to master the discrimination of synonyms, to understand the differencebetween synonyms. Therefore, starting from the point of view of teaching Chinese as aforeign language to study synonyms is of great significance.The first section of this article has explored some of the problems on the synonymbody part, including expansion of the definition of synonyms, synonyms defined fromthe perspective of language, geography, social customs, foreign word translation of thereasons for the formation of synonyms, from the words of the composition of, colormeaning, with the conditions of analysis of the characteristics of the synonym, asynonym for the type of divided according to different classification criteria, andfinally study the role of synonyms in the language. On this basis, the second sectionstarting from the perspective of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language teachingprofession, the definition of a synonym, a synonym for the meaning of Discriminationin Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and should follow the principle of, focusedon the Discrimination of synonyms point of view and method, but also problems thatneed attention in the Discrimination of synonyms discussed. First start from thelearners themselves, the Chinese Synonyms characteristics and external factors such as the third chapter will focus on analyzing the reasons for the Chinese as a secondlanguage learners in the use of synonyms error in the analysis of the reason for the erroron the basis of the synonyms in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language teachingstrategies that focus Discrimination Morphemes an appropriate combination ofmorphemes, context, and knowledge of Chinese culture.So far, the Chinese as a Foreign Language Teaching and Research occupying thefirst line of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language outstanding teachers and scholarsas synonyms devoted efforts, previous excellent research has given us great inspirationand motivation. In summing up, absorbing the distinguished scholar, and strive to maketheir own new ideas and perspectives on the basis of the findings of experts synonymfor external Chinese teaching into a little humble.
