In this study, adolescents’ cooperation feeling is discussed basedon the study of adolescents’ affective quality. Cooperation feeling isdefined as a willing to cooperate with others, and it is an important partof interpersonal affection. Today, the world is a cooperative world, andthe development of cooperation feeling is significant for youth. And atthe same time, more attention has been paid by education sector onthe improvement of cooperation character. But a resent study showedthat the level of cooperation feeling of adolescents in our country is alittle low. So the study of adolescents’ cooperation feeling not only canexpand the research of youth’s affective quality, but also has somepractical significance. Previous studies about cooperation werefocused on two points, one is the cooperation of children, and theother is the behavior aspect of cooperation.After searching the documents, developing the scale ofcooperation feeling and the scale of influence factors of cooperationfeeling of youth, some middle school students were investigated tosurvey the status of adolescents’ cooperation feeling and to explorethe relationship among some influence factors and establish the SEM ofthem. Then educational intervention was used to exam theeffectiveness of the intervention for improvement of cooperationfeeling.The results of the study are as follows:(1) The scale of adolescents’ cooperation feeling has perfectvalidity and reliability, and the final scale has only one sub-scale;(2) The scale of the influence factors of adolescents’ cooperationfeeling has good validity and reliability, and the final scale has threesub-scale, those are education, partner, and social cultural;(3) As a whole, the cooperation feeling of youth is positive, but still need to be improved;(4) Significant differences exist in different gender, grade andacademic performance;(5) Education, partner, and social cultural are important factorsthat can influence adolescents’ cooperation feeling;(6) The factors of personality, especially agreeableness, cansignificantly direct adolescents’ cooperation feeling, and in therelationship, empathy is the mediator and life satisfaction is themoderator;(7) The relationship among adolescents’ cooperation feeling,agreeableness, life satisfaction and empathy is mediated moderation(8) In the development of adolescents’ cooperation feeling,teacher is a significant influence factor, and the education interventioncan improve the level of adolescents’ cooperation feeling effectively.
