Nowadays, large private performing arts enterprises have been pushed themselves to more important position in the market by having scale effect. This article will discuss the key factors about those successful large private performing arts enterprises based on the information researched through a combination of data summing up and field investigation method and analyzing their operation mechanisms by three aspects which are originality and planning, creation and production, and communication and marketing. In order to verify that the private capital affects to the marketing demand creation mechanism under the modern enterprise system and newer marketing tools for large performing arts enterprises to make actual and meaningful economic and cultural benefits. As a result, we can proof that the important developing trends of private performing arts enterprises will rely on marking operation, brand strategy and large scale of development.
