In Soushenji’s culture research,one thought always exist that this book was the product of folk culture scholars in the sight of the folk culture in scholars,which,however, is just questioned by this thesis.According to the regular writing pattern of world-writer-text, it is in double cultural background with Ganbao and the real society condition that the Soushenji was born.What’s more,the nobles dominating culture at that time exert great influence on Ganbao through his living and educatianal culture.In other words, unscrambling the Soushenji only in the version of the inferior folk culture prove partial.Thus we should scan the works noting stories of the spectre by the way of using history to proof literature,considering it as commen product of the inferior culture and superior elite culture. We hope what we do will be better to recgonize the move of story,the writing purpose and the meaning of this book,as well as the Soushenji character of unofficial history.The main body of the paper is composed by following four parts:Part one, the formation of couple cultural visions of the Soushenji which folk culture and elite culture.Firstly,the Regional Culture in northen China which provided conditions of contacting and collecting folk story as well as made open and acceptive attitude to folk culture,accompanied Ganbao’life,resulting in his vision of folk culture.Secondly,Ganbao transferred scholar to double identity of scholar and official.This transition also essentially meaned a procedure of blending knowledge and power,which is determined to his standpoint and view within the category of elite culture.The view of interactively permeating and combining folk culture and elite culture give rich connotation of the Sou Shen Ji.Part two, Ru and Tao culture and the cultual implication of the Soushenji. Through distinguishing the Soushenji by its content,we found no relations between the text and Buddhism,but immortal Taoism characters.The reason is Taoism’s development for noble. Besides, Ganbao recognized the social reality in Jin dynasty,showing his attention by historical critic of eumyang and five agents and interactive between God and mankind..All reflected Ganban’s culture and moods of Confucian.Part three,Wei and Jin dynasty’s ethics and narrative ethics in the Soushenji.The social ethics concepts changed by the develop of social trends, furthermore, the ethics relationships of the Soushenji on the basis of the real ethics in Wei and Jin dynasty. By the relation of family and country, the Soushenji showed the strongly family concepts,specially advocated Filial piety.What’s more, the stories of the Soushenji faced contradiction of feelings and rites contacted the real world.Part four,metaphysical atmosphere and feeling containing in the Soushenji.The way of expressing feeling in the stories of the Soushenji were effected by Wei and Jin dynasty’s metaphysics,and there were different meanings between marrage-love story and dying story for the effect.In the former,The works reflected people’s chasing feeling which also was advocated in Wei and Jin dynasty’s metaphysics.While we see calmness when author narrates dying story,which based on the idea that feeling was an encumbrance by metaphysics.
