The development of education is related to the training of teacher relatively. Thedevelopment certaining take new demand for the training of teacher. All countries agree itimportance to training teacher,which advance education and make social progresscontinuously.The mechanism of all countries are different from polictics、economy and culture.Britain is alike in19thcentury. The training mechanism of elementary teacher originate in18thcentury and it complish the evolution from Mornitor System to Day College with the development.The paper elaborate the course and make explain for why it do so.The full text divides into three parts.The first part elaborates the origin of the training mechanism of elementary teacher. It didn’tadvent as soon as the elementary education in Britain,and it originate through a long time. Itoriginal signal was the establishment of Society for Fromoting Christain Knowledge.The second part elaborates the social background of evolution course of the training ofteacher in the19thcentury. Britain has many questions since the Industrial Revolution in the end of18century, Britain government want to promote quality of elementary eduction so that itprovided conditions to develop the training mechanism of elementary teacher.The third part elaborate evolution course of the training of teacher. Britain began to considerthe popular elementary education in the end of18thcentury and the early of19thcentury. With theadvancement of philanthropical Sunday School and interdenominational school, it need a lots ofteachers, Mornitor System come on. But because of it was so students administer themseves andbad teaching quality that didn’t meet the demand of teacher. The Private Committee presidentJames kai Saterlworth founded Batesi College by himself in1840,but this sort college wasn’t metthe demand of teacher, because of its limites scale and quantity. So he found Pupil TeacherSystem.After declation of1870Education Act, with the increasing people of educatee, not onlyTraining College but also Pupil Teacher System all can’t meet the demand of quality and quantityof the training of teacher.At the time,society appealed university to participate trainning teacher,cultivate excellent elementary teacher, so Day College followed.The fourth part elaborate the reasons of evolution of the training of teacher in elementaryeducation. The advancement of elementary education by society、economy and culture and soon.With the Industrial Revolution and the urbanized constant advancement,the massive rualpopulation inrushed the city continuously, add the development of nature British populationcaused many people need education, and, the Industrial Revolution advance deeply also requestthat workers must know some knowledge more and more, which make Britain develop theirelementary education from the latter of18thcentury. The functions of education are much parent.Accompany the development of economy, country began intervene in it because of changing thecondition that church monopolize and control the main leadership right of education. BecauseBritain had popularized compulsory education in the end of19thcentury so that causing theincreasing number of entrolllment. At the same time, the advancement of capital economy quicklyand military in Germany and America and their good national educational pressure, which makeBritain go quickly on the way of developing elementary education. So there is differentmechanism at different term.In short, the training mechanism of elementary teacher conform to the era’s request of thetimes,it bring good experiment of developing the future training of teacher for being human.
