A Study On The Cultivation Of International Chinese Teachers In Primary Schools

With the rapid development of Chinese teaching in primary schools,primary schools need more and more Chinese teachers.Therefore,the training of primary school teachers is concerned about.Chinese teacher is trained in a same way without classify.From cases of Chinese teaching in the international baccalaureate(IB)PYP(PYP)school and primary schools in Thailand,the author summarizes the needs of primary school teachers and find that However,most of the teacher training programs neglect the needs of learners from elementary schools.In this case,the author also brought up some suggestions for the elementary teacher training programs.
