Shang dynasty is the second important slavery dynasty in our history. Splendid civilization of the Shang dynasty not only reflects in the bronze civilization, but also in the jade culture. The Shang dynasty jade articles, especially the jade articles in the late-shang are the second peak in the jade history, a lot of which are delicate so far. The jade articles unearthed from Yin Ruins in Anyang can represent the jade articles in the late-shang. Since the national liberation, with the developing of Anyang Yin Ruins archaeological work, the jade articles discovered in the region has been more and more, which provide detailed and reliable materials for studying the jade articles in the late-shang.As a representative of the jade articles in the late-shang, the jade articles unearthed from Anyang Yin Ruins has been accounted and classified into2periods:1950s to70s and1980s to present. The amount of the jade articles is great. Various types, whole combinations and rich categories reflect the prosperous economy in the Shang Dynasty, afford strong base for researching on the manufacturing industry of jade articles.The archeological field divides tombs in Yin Ruins4periods. According to that, we simply divide the jade articles several periods. The thesis paper mainly focuses on the second period, especially the representative jade articles discovered from Fuhao Tomb. According to the category theory, the jade articles include decoration, ceremonies and tools in the paper. Each representative of the jade articles are researched through types and out looking to understand the characteristics of archetype, ornamentation, making and style, which can show the splendid jade articles in late-Shang of the whole history and supply a standard for judging the dynasty. The jade articles, found in tombs, have differences, which directly reflect the class of the tombs. Then the social class of the owners will be concluded and social condition can also be demonstrated.Nothing can exist alone, having combination with things around. So does a cultural remain, closely connected to environment, ecology and other cultural systems. A remain either influences other, or is influenced by other. An important method to show the influence is to research on spreading and exchanging on the basis of the local culture. That definitely relates with the jade articles in Neolithic Period. The thesis paper mainly analyzes differences among Yin Ruins, HongShan, Liang Zhu and Long Shan Cultures. By doing that, the inherence and sources of the Chinese cultures can be discovered.
