Objective:To evaluate and to sum up the influence determinants in the patients with social anxiety disorder. Help for the early prevention,indentify and intervention of patients with social anxiety disorder. And to provide some guidance for intervention for psychologcal workers to the college social anxity visitors.Method:The paper is throught the qualitative method and on intimate interviews by semi-structural questionnaire about influence determinants for five university students who with social anxiety disorder.The five students were chosed by Entrance psychological evaluation and Social Anxiety Scale.Their scores were supposed to anxity significant. The date were categorized by using analytical principles required in the grounded theory.Results:Four big dimentions of determinants were found. They were determinants of physiological genetic factor, family factor, social factor and psychological factor.Conclusion:1.The physiological genetic determinant influences social anxity character in a large part, including parents’ anxity character, mothers of drug use during pregnancy, individual body disease.2.The family determinant is also important. Especially parental rearing patterns are very critical for children growing up. Such as children spoil or overstrict on children are all wrong. Family economic conditions and living environment are also important in some way.3.The social determinant including study stress, major events in the life, social pressure events children’s peer status and trauamtic experience. And the last factor is the most important for social anxity.4.The psychological determinant including lymphatic temperament type or depression temperament type, cognitive features, low self-efficacy, negtive self assessment and attachment type. Almost each social anxity patient is introverted and sensitive.
