As a culture, science and technology and economic integration of thedevelopment of cultural and creative industry products, with its innovative, high-tech,high value-added and deep cultural connotation, has become a measure of a countryor area the important sign of integrated competition ability. Cultural creative industryas the core of modern service industry in industrial form,,how to cultivate thisemerging industry in the world, is facing a major task. Based on Shanghai strongeconomic foundation, culture accumulation and the opportunity of transformation ofthe old city, Shanghai city hall has been vigorously developing the creative industry,in order to upgrade of the industrial structure, change the mode of economicdevelopment,and seek new economic point of growth. In this paper, based on theShanghai creative industry development present situation, from the view of industrialagglomeration of creative industry development, found the existing problems, and putforward feasible suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts, the first chapter is the introduction,including research background and significance; the second chapter is the creativeindustries and industrial agglomeration related theory, for the analysis of practicalproblems and provide a theoretical basis; the third chapter analyzes the status quo ofthe development of creative industries in Shanghai, including cluster formationpatterns and motivation mechanism; the fourth chapter analyses London Disneylandarea of assemble of industry and development status, so as to provide experience forthe development of creative industries in Shanghai; the fifth chapter of Shanghaicreative industry gathering development existing problems, and puts forward thecorresponding countermeasures.
