The study selects two important factors which are the personality characteristicsand attributional style to explore their influence on job performance.And choserandomly300salesmen in insurance companys to research the relationship amongpersonality,attributional style,job performance,and the established a multiple regressionequation.The main conclusions based on investigation are as follows:1.The questionnaire of job performance of insurance companys’ salesmen made bymyself is well in consistency and efficacy.2.Salesmen’s job performance is neither significant difference in gender nor in age.But are different evidently in education background and working time.3.Salesmen’s job performance has remarkable difference in dimension ofgregariousness,stability,perseverance and self-discipliner.And has remarkable differencein a secondary personality factors of cowardice and decisive, in predictive factors of theability to grow in the new environment.4.Salesmen’s job performance has significant difference in attribution direction andattribution stability.5.Salesmen’s personality characteristic,attributional style and job performance havesignificantly positive correlation,which can effectively predict their future jobperformance.
