with the rapid development of The insurance industry,the number of insurance practitioners has been increasing year after year.Compared with other other groups in the industry,The employee’s work family conflict level is higher than the medium level which affect their work efficiency and attitude.Companies want to keep good employees and improve the level of their job involvement to achieve the targets for sales, it is critical to the long-term development of companies.So how to reduce the level of work family conflict and turnover intention,how to improve the level of job involvement seems particularly important.Based on the Literature review analysis,Taking insurance salesmen which come from Nanchang and Jiujiang as the research object.Try to analysis the differences of the individual viable of the insurance salesmen in the work family conflict,job involvement and turnover intention.Using Work Family Conflict Scale developed by Carlson et al,Utrecht Work Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli et al,Turnover Intention Scale developed by Farh as research tools to construct The employee’s work family conflict level is higher than the medium level which affect their work efficiency and attitude.a questionnaire.469 questionnaires were available,432 questionnaires were valid through selection.After using the SPSS17.0 software to analyze the data and Following results were found:1.The insurance salesmen’ work family conflict,job involvement and turnover intention are higher than the medium level.2.demographic variables reached significant difference in work family conflict,job involvement and turnover intention.gender has obvious effect on job involvement and work family conflict.age has obvious effect on turnover intention.academic qualifications has no obvious effect on the three variables.marital status has obvious effect on turnover intention.child situation has obvious effect on turnover intention.3.There was a significant negative correlation between work family conflict and job involvement.The higher work family conflict was,especially the work interference with family was,the lower job involvement tends to be.There was a significant negative correlation between job involvement and turnover intention.The higher Vigor, Dedication and Absorption was,the lower turnover intention tends to be.There was no significant correlation between work family conflict and turnoverintention.4.Work-family conflict imposed a mediation effect between job involvement and turnover intention.It impaired the positive effect brought by job involvement and help improve the level of turnover intention.
