The Academy is an topic which the researchers cannot ignore in the area of the traditional education. Especially the academy which takes on the function of teaching is higher than enlightenment education and uncombined on the system of official education with independent and freedom. This kind academy established a complete education system under the great efforts of many Neo-Confucianism masters from generation to generation. It also provided high quality talent for ancient society. As the most influential school among these academies, Bai Ludong Academy keeps unique position in the traditional chinese education after ZhuXi’s rebuilding. Therefore the education history of Bai Ludong Academy is the process of practicing Zhu Xi’s Chinese educational ideas. The inheritors concluded pieces of experiences about reading and writing which were still valuable for New Curriculum Reform and Chinese teaching nowadays.This article is divided into four parts:Academy Overview, History of the Bai Ludong Academy and Reveals of the Bai Ludong Academy, Chinese language practice of Bai Ludong Academy, Inspiration in language education of Bai Ludong Academy. Integrated relationship between Bai Ludong Academy and Zhu Xi’thought of language education, particular in Education philosophy of Bai Ludong Academy. Introduce the daily experience of language education. Ultimately standing in the reality point, the paper will explore the current Chinese teaching.Introduction:explain the significance of Bai Ludong Academy’language education research and point to the innovation ideas that integrate the academy and Zhu Xi’effort at the position of Chinese education.Chapter1:from the broad and narrow concept, the meaning of academy was defined and focused on the function of the academy education. It also distinguish the concepts of the academy\academy system\abode. The level of academy education is higher than enlightenment education and uncombined on the system of official education. Finally,from the perspective of language education,briefly introducing language education in the private schools and official schools, in order to show the difference of academy.Chapter2:by Zhu Xi as the cutoff point,divided the history of the Bai Ludong Academy into the era before Zhu Xi\Zhu Xi\after Zhu Xi. Reflecting prominence of Zhu Xi in the process of historical development of the Bai Ludong Academy. This part also explained the theoretical basis "Reveals of the Bai Ludong Academy".Chapter3:discuss the three aspects:staff and student、reading、writing through the introduction of the materials, learning methods. There are two parts about writing teaching:Zhu Xi’writing concepts and relationship with the imperial examination in writing.Chapter4:the experience in academy education is familiar with the idea that is promoted by the New Curriculum Reform. For example:they all advocated every student could developed well, then built the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Besides, we should inherit the worthy teaching methods that is reading and thinking more and promoting students learn by themselves.Conclusion:at the tenth year of the implementation for the New Curriculum Reform.we need a sober understanding about the process. Then we should have a clear conscious of the forward direction. Whether it is based on the present or future,it is inseparable from the back in the history.
