"Shang Shu Zheng Du" is the first book during the transitive period from critical interpretation of ancient texts to grammar research. Zeng Yunqian analyzed the commentaries research from Han Dynasty to Tang Dynasty and chose the best one.Though he didn’t study the bronze carefully,he explained concisely, considered both the gloss and the grammar,and made "Shang Shu" easy. This paper analyzes the type, error or correction and restrictive factors of67pieces of "Dao Yu" in "Shang Shu Zheng Du".At last,we summarize his word order view.The thesis is divided into four chapters except introduction,conclusion and appendix.The first chapter respectively describes the type of "DaoYu". The second chapter analyzes restrictive factors of67pieces of "Dao Yu" in "Shang Shu Zheng Du" The third chapter analyzes the error or correction by "Kong Zhuan""Kong Shu" and "Shu Ji Zhuan". In the fourth chapter we summarize his word order view.We hold the opinion that his word order view reflected three functions,that is, constrain the syntactic structure,reveal the flexible use of the words and affect the pragmatic result.The influence of Zeng Yunqian’s word order view is stupendous.
