Achievement goal theory is the mainstream of current research on students’motivation theory, broadly used to explain the differences of student’s learning behaviorlevel and character. It was influenced by many social contextual variables and individualfactors, and the present study is interested in factors of students’ personality traits andrecognition of teacher will make of kind of influence on students’ achievement goals.In Study one, through literature review, opening questionnaire survey, theoreticalconstruction, topic items approval consciousness subjective evaluation questionnaire ofjunior high school teachers, the formal testing questionnaire is formed after exploratoryand confirmatory factor analysis of forecasts and formally test, take the questionnaire asrecognition of perceptual measurement tools for teachers of junior school. At last theresearch confirmed the junior school teachers’ recognized perception containing4dimensions: academic thinks highly, expectations and encouragement, intimacy andgoodwill, teachers favoritism, these four dimensions objectively reflect the cognitiveingredients of teachers approbation of junior high school students.In Study two, at first we make sure the three dimensions have good validity andreliability, and then make a partial correlation and multiple linear regression analysis ofthe relation of each dimension of junior high school students’ personality traits, teachersrecognized perception and achievement goals, next, establishes the variable structuralequation model, give a causal path analysis of causal relationship of each variable; at last,according to the causal path, carries out a mediating effect significance test formediating path, confirm the mediating effect of dimensions of teachers’ recognizedperception and students’ s personality traits have an effect on achievement goal.The research results show that:1) Recognized perception of subjective assessment of junior high school teacher’squestionnaire has good validity and reliability, can be used to measure the junior highschool teachers’ cognition of teachers’ approbation.2) Junior high school teachers’recognized the perception including perception of high academic regards; perception ofexpecting encouragement; perception of close intimacy and teachers’ partiality. Thesefour dimensions reflect students’ different subjective perception to teachers’ approbation.3) The recognized perception of teachers teaching grade1or grade2have nearly nodifference of grade and gender, but it shows a high stability and consistency.4) Partdimension of junior high school students’ personality traits affect part dimension of teachers’ recognized perception, it have some influence on part dimensions ofachievement goals in some degree.5) There is mediating effect in part dimensions ofteachers’ recognized, in the path of personality variables affect achievement goalvariables.
