Art in the public space can reflect the perceptions and memories of our identity. Public art has diversity of potential in the use of spaces, but public art has primarily been used a leading tool of the dominant capitalistic ideology, and has less participation and preferences, therefore which increase the isolation between individual and community. In reality of modern cities, we are common in our differences and characteristics. So we need to explore new method of communication with each other. Our creation of art should be recognized and able to openly discuss our asymmetric community with all its imbalances in order to reveal the lifeblood beneath. I wanted to examine the institutionalization of the public space and how these works of art can either inspire each other dissuade us from engaging with each other and systems of control. New forms of unsanctioned and unsanctioned public space art have generated seeds of greater societal openness and acceptance. A heightened awareness of environment encourages us to come forward and interconnected worlds where we exist. In this paper we hope that people will learn about graffiti art. Is it to be recognized as a form of art or considered for as a public art? Through understanding of Western and Chinese cultural background, learn to appreciate the beauty and message of graffiti mural art in public spaces.
