In recent years, the topic of the "Cross-border singing" is highly concerned byexternal colleagues, and there have been many articles carry out extensive and in-depthdiscussions on this topic and its cultural phenomenon, and the attention of the"Cross-border singing" was also increasing year by year. In the current situation about theresearch of the proposition, the focus of discussion is that the definition and themeaning of the "Cross-border singing" and its standard. So the "Cross-border singing" is anaccidental phenomenon, or an inevitable selection of the cultural development, etc.A lot of minstrels who got outstanding achievements in the field of "Cross-bordersinging", although they are generally divided into the areas of the "Cross-border singing"by public opinion, however, due to each person’s own conditions, artisticaccomplishment and interest tendency are different, represent and reflect the twodifferent direction of the "Cross-border singing"--the "Crossover" and the "Crossreference". This article will focus on research is the latter--the vocal phenomenon of"Cross reference". I call it the "Cross-border integration" and use "Folk--Bel cantosinging" as an example to analysis. In this paper, I will do some analysis andexploration by books, references, and learning practices research methods about thegrow, origin and the meaning of this phenomenon, as well as the present situation ofthe Chinese national Vocal Art’s development and related problems of the futuredirection.
