The Research On The Protection Of Rural Women’s Land Rights From The Institution Supply Of Government Perspective

Land is what villagers rely on. Protecting their land rights means protecting their basic interests. As far as the system arrangement is concerned, the related laws and regulations are equal to citizens. It is common phenomenon that the rural women’s land rights are violated. It has negative effects on political stability in the country.This paper combines the analyses of empirical, historical and standard. Besides the introduction, the paper consists five parts.The first part analyses mostly the background and culture environment of the problem of rural women’s land rights which existed a long time. It contains three factors: the rule of patrilocal, the sex selection criteria of scarce resources, the stock of knowledge in gender.The second part mainly explains the contradictions in demand of system by contrasting the village rational collective to rural women’s land rights. On the basis of empirical research, it describes the subject of violating and the content of violating in land rights.The third part analyzes the fact of the protection of rural women’s land rights in terms of interference from formal and informal rules, as well as implementation mechanism. All in all, the system of protection of rural women’s land rights is defective or inadequate.The fourth part is major for the reason of system that is defective supplied or inadequate supplied. The rural women lack the mechanism of expression their wills in political structure, pay more attention to the family and ignore themselves in ownership structure, bound women to assert their rights in society structure, lack supporting mechanisms, which impact the protection of rural women’s land rights.Based on the analysis of the fourth section, the last part focus on the problem of rural women’s land rights in process, and bring forward solutions at last.The innovation of this paper is different from the previous research studies on selected objects. In the past on the security of land rights of rural women’s research, more women are staying at home for the survey. However, the survey objects of this article is mainly the women who work in Beijing. From a new insight to study the issues concerning the protection of land rights of rural women’s, which is better able to reflect the new situation and new features of securing land rights of rural women during the urbanization process.
