With the development of productive forces, science and technology, empty nester ’shealth level will rise, the extent of the pension level of demand and its meet willadvance with the times. In this paper, through the analysis of real-life needs of emptynesters, study and comparison of domestic and foreign cities empty nesters pensionmodel, combination with the author`site visit in Xinhuasancun Community, Shan PanStreet, Luhe District in Nanjing, I am trying to find to meet pension needs of emptynesters from cities in China, and to achieve standardization of the aged in urbancommunities mode. Provide a basis to improve and enhance the city empty-nesters`quality of life and really be targeted to improve the social old-age security system,thereby improving the living and quality of life of the empty nesters.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first chapter is an introduction part. Thebackground of this article, research methods, theoretical foundation and innovationThe second chapter is the analysis and research on domestic and foreign cities emptynesters community home care model in terms of policies, regulations, operator of thesubject, and management mode, trying to figure out the advanced experience appliedin China. Chapter III of Xinhuasancun Community, a brief analysis and analysis ofthe actual needs of urban empty nesters in China. Explore the way the back of thefourth chapter of the specific community home care mode. In the end, introduce theinadequacies of a brief description.This thesis is based on applied research. The spirit of a people-centered concept, tryto deal with the pension problems of modern society, the city empty-nesters. Strive tomake the city empty-nest families and old people can enjoy their twilight years, toease the social instability from the perspective of sociology, social work.
