Study On The Community Endowment Problem Of Empty-nesters In The City

With the increasing of population aging and the deepening of urbanization,due to the large population and the continuous growth of the proportion of aging population,the number of empty nest elderly in cities is also increasing gradually,which makes the most common family pension model in China encounter a great blow,but also brings a huge challenge to the society.The society and the government should also find a new form of providing for the aged,so as to solve the problem of providing for the aged faced by the empty nesters in the city.Due to the influence of many factors such as body and psychology,the old people in empty nest are faced with a great dilemma in their old age.Once the old-age problem of this vulnerable group can not be properly and reasonably handled,it will make the old-age problem more complex,which may hinder the stable development of society.Therefore,the old-age problem of empty nesters in cities needs to be solved.In this paper,H community's pension problem in S city is taken as the research object.Through the questionnaire survey of the empty nest elderly in the community and the visit to the empty nest elderly and the community staff,the current pension situation in H community is obtained.Through the "network governance theory" put forward by Stephen Goldsmith and William Eggers,the existing problems in H community are sorted out Sufficient,and H community on a series of reasons for pension issues to explore,put forward a sound urban community pension countermeasures.Firstly,this paper describes the research backdrop,meaning and journals reviewed at home and abroad,and expounds the research methods and innovations of this paper;secondly,it defines the basic concept of the community pension problem of urban empty nest elderly,and expounds the basic connotation of the network governance theory applied in this paper;thirdly,it points out the current situation of H community in the pension process and analyzes its in the pension process Secondly,according to the theory of network governance,this paper analyzes the specific causes of the problem of community pension of empty nest elderly in H community of S city;finally,according to the reasons analyzed,this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem of community pension of empty nest elderly in city.
