Since the reform and opening up, China’s social structure has undergone fundamentalchanges, the traditional homogeneous society has gradually developed into adiversified society, rooted in the the contradiction between country, administrative,tools of social management mode and people’s increasing the comprehensivedevelopment of the demand,social issues in China’s society have emerged in thecontext of globalization to time-space compression mode。To change the tools ofsocial management tendency in theory and in practice,look at China’s socialmanagement problems from the perspective of value, is the premise conditions tostrengthen the innovation of social management。Social management innovation isrooted in the development of productivity and human development. Marx used thedifferent social and historical conditions of the social relations of production as thestarting point, based the ethical justice of the principle of fairness and justice on thelaw of historical development of scientific understanding on human processing, theseopened up a broad road for human’s treating contradictions between the developmentof productivity and human development, laid a value basis for the innovation ofsocial management。The western developed countries in addressing the social crisis ofgovernance in the process of" justice as fairness" theoretical exploration and for therealization of " good governance " and the system improvement, for our currentstrengthening and innovating social management provides some referential function.The innovation of social management aimed at the social basic structure adjustment,effectively promote the public benefits in the members of the society of equitabledistribution, so that in society every individual freedom demand based on feasibleability be guaranteed. On the other hand, only on the basis of the social autonomygrowth, culture atmosphere is formed,every society member’s basic rights gets acorresponding system guarantee, diversified social main body participation socialmanagement innovation can be achieved。Of course,social problems caused by thediversity and values are attributed to the social management issues is an unbearableweight of social management,thus,the fairness and justice system arrangement is thepremise and value base of social management innovation system。...
